• Once received we'll come back to you and will email over our Trade Catalogue and Wholesale pricelist.

• We have tried to keep the ordering system as simple as possible. There is an order form which you can fill in and just email over to us. Alternatively we are very open to what works best for you. If you want to write the codes down and email them over, or Whats App us, no problem. We are fully aware that life is busy and aim to keep the ordering process as stress free as we can.

• Upon receipt of an order you will receive an order confirmation. A pro forma invoice will shortly follow. For new customers this will need to be paid in full before any order will be dispatched. All products are the property of Lookwhatdebbiedid until payment is made in full.

• Once a regular customer ....happy to discuss payment terms.

• For delivery of standard orders we aim for two weeks. This may fluctuate during busy periods, but we will always keep you updated.

• Delivery to Mainland UK is FOC for orders over £150. Otherwise £10.00. All parcels are tracked and signed for.
