Of course I would like everyone to be completely happy with anything they buy from me. So if there are any issues please do get in touch within the first week of receipt of purchase so we can discuss a refund or replacement. A replacement or refund will be organised dependent on issue within the following week. Any damaged items arriving from postal issues, proof via photograph will be required. Damaged items - a replacement will be sent out to you with postal costs being paid by myself. Items refunded due to incorrect size order etc by customers, customers to pay for return and replacement postal costs. For any issues and for return postal address contact details as follows;
